We are back home and I hardly posted anything about our trip. We spent 2 days in Singapore and 6 weeks in Great Britain so I'm going to post a picture or two of some of that. I really wanted to try Ramen soup as I love the Japanese movie Tampopo and also had watched The Ramen Girl with Brittany Murphy ( who we all loved from Clueless, who can forget her singing the toothpaste jingle). Sadly I think tiredness airplane food and the quite long walk to the restuarant took its toll. The soup was good but I was in a vegemite toast mood. It was interesting to walk around all the area by the river. I haven't been in Singapore for over 30 years and only went to buy an Atari game machine which were just new then.
